Purified water system Working PrincipleThe quality of effluent water can meet the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopceia (Cp2020),U.S.Pharmacopoeia(USP43),European Pharmacopoeia (EP10} for purified water or high purity water according to the different configurations of the system.SpecificationWEMAC Feed water storage tank automatically controls the water inlet according to the liquid level. The inlet valve is an electric slow-opened butterfly valve, which effectively prevents the impact of the inlet water pressure on the pipeline. Electric slow-opened butterfly valve is controlled by PLC. Pre-treatment unit, including: Mechanical filter, Active Carbon Filter, Softener A-B.WEMAC all adopt Pneumatic butterfly valve control, which can be controlled by PLC. Using 304 high quality stainless steel lined with natural rubber, the valve block is usually controlled by a large flux butterfly valve without dead ends. And is equipped with the lowest point drain valve and a separate sampling valve for each vessel.Usually adopt double softeners online operation. While one softener is re-generating, the other one is in operation, so as to effectively avoid the rapid growth of microorganisms in the water.
